During our current global Covid-19 health pandemic, nothing is the same as it was. A third of the world is now in lock-down, and we need to find new ways to move forward. This means doing business differently.
We must use what we have and do what we can to help others, which is why I now raise my hand as a business writer.
I’ve been involved with business communications for companies since 2005.
Over the years, I have worked for multinational companies such as Ernst & Young and IBM as well as smaller businesses. I have developed my current skills by working in such roles as technical writer, proofreader, Business English coach, and Executive Assistant while living in Shanghai, China. And more recently I honed my skills as a copywriter in New York. I currently part-own and operate a small business with my husband where good communication is essential. It’s the key to increasing sales, great customer care, good negotiation, and successfully growing your business. And because I love the challenge of making things simple, I’ve learned it’s also the key to effective messaging. Being clear, concise and straight to the point is the best way to make your message effective.

Mission
My immediate mission is simple.
To provide fairly priced writing services to companies, organizations and government departments who need extra writing assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic.
My long-term mission is similar.
To get your message to the people who need it by being clear, correct & concise.
